Pencegahan dan Penanganan Perilaku Bullying Verbal di Sekolah Dasar

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak psikologis dan strategi pencegahan bullying verbal, dengan fokus pada efek jangka panjang terhadap harga diri dan kesehatan mental, serta prevalensinya di lingkungan sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperdalam pemahaman tentang dinamika bullying verbal, faktor penyebabnya, serta cara-cara pencegahan yang efektif. Menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui survei, wawancara, dan observasi dari siswa dan staf di UPT SPF SD Negeri Kapasa di Makassar. Analisis kuantitatif mengukur insidensi bullying verbal, sedangkan analisis kualitatif mengeksplorasi pengalaman pribadi dan efektivitas program anti-bullying yang diterapkan di sekolah. Hasil menunjukkan penurunan signifikan dalam kejadian bullying dan perubahan positif dalam perilaku dan kesadaran siswa setelah intervensi, menekankan pentingnya upaya pendidikan berkelanjutan dan penguatan kebijakan untuk menciptakan budaya sekolah yang hormat dan empatik.
